Dixie Chicks star Martie Maguire has given birth to a baby girl.

The singer and her actor husband Gareth Maguire welcomed little Harper Rosie into their family on Friday in an Austin, Texas hospital. The tot weighed in at seven pounds, 10 ounces and measured 20.5 inches long.

A post on the Dixie Chicks' website announces the news of the new arrival, stating: "Martie is doing very well and Gareth and the family are over the moon."

The Maguires are also parents to four-year-old twin daughters Eva Ruth and Kathleen Emilie.
