The disgraced doctor who botched Priscilla Presley's cosmetic surgery and went to jail for injecting illegal silicone into high-profile clients' faces is heading back to his native Argentina on a one-way ticket.

Dr. Daniel Serrano was granted a voluntary departure after attending an immigration hearing on Thursday, according to TMZ.com.

Serrano will remain in custody until he agrees to leave America.
