Rosario DawsonActress Rosario Dawson is taking a career break this fall so she can travel across America convincing the Latin community to vote in November's presidential election. The Sin City star, who is of Puerto Rican and Cuban descent, was in Washington D.C. on Tuesday speaking on behalf of her non-profit organization Voto Latino.

And she reveals she'll set acting to one side later this year to make sure everyone who is eligible to vote, does.

Dawson's road trip will include stops at both the Republican and Democratic conventions.

The 28-year-old star, who has movies Eagle Eye and Seven Pounds set for release around the time of the election, says, "I decided I'm not going to be working at all through the fall. We're targeting the Latin youth vote. There's 18 million [people who] are eligible but we are not showing that up in votes. So our numbers aren't counting."
