Former Monster Garage host Jesse James is being sued by a U.S. man who claims the star failed to deliver a custom-made car he purchased for $420,000.

Michael B. Jones of Omaha, Nebraska alleges he agreed to pay between $250,000 - $350,000 for a "sleek and low-slung custom" 1949 Cadillac Sedanette from James through his company, West Coast Choppers, Inc.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, alleges breach of contract, fraud and seeks a return of $422,680 Jones says he paid James, plus interest and damages.
