Actor Christopher Knight has taken aim at his former Brady Bunch TV mom after she went public with her feelings about his wife last week.

Florence Henderson claimed her former co-star's marriage to model Adrianne Curry is a sham in an interview last week - and her comments have upset Knight.

He says, "It hurts me deeply that someone that I have loved and respected for so many years... would discuss overtly negative personal opinions about my marriage in a public forum. I can only hope these recent comments are an aberration."

Henderson agreed to "counsel" the couple when Knight and Curry were courting, but they refused to take her advice and wait to wed.

In a MySpace.com posting, Knight adds, "It is no secret Florence and Adrianne do not see eye to eye."
