Brooke Hogan talks exclusively with "Access Hollywood's" Maria Menounos about brother Nick's jailhouse confrontations and the romantic relationships of her soon-to-be divorced parents. The two-part series airs on "Access Hollywood" today, Wednesday, July 9th and Thursday, July 10th.

Nick Hogan is currently serving time in jail for an August car crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, critically injured. Brooke Hogan, best known for being the daughter of famous wrestler Hulk Hogan, says some of the inmates have verbally confronted Nick during his time in jail.

"He's in there with hardened criminals...Nick got into an accident," Brooke Hogan explains. "These people have actually deliberately committed a crime."

When her brother spent 28 days in solitary confinement, Brooke Hogan admitted to having a bit of a breakdown. "He was just so out of it and so low," says Brooke Hogan. "I have never heard my brother like that."

Brooke Hogan mentions how different things are since the car accident involving Graziano, who was like a brother to Brooke Hogan. Brooke Hogan, while she didn't know the Graziano family very well, says, "I can't believe what materialistic things can do to people's mindset."

When asked about her relationship with her mother, Linda, now that she is romantically involved with a man 30 years her junior, Brooke Hogan tells Menounos, "It's kind of disappointing to me because she was always my hero when I was growing up. I feel like I have to be the mother now."

When the jailhouse tapes were released, Brooke Hogan recalls wondering with her dad what was on them and why her brother's tapes were being released. Brooke Hogan, who is currently living with her father, thinks that Hulk's girlfriend, who is 20 years his junior, is "a great foundation for him right now."

Brooke Hogan has her new reality show spin-off "Brooke Knows Best" premiering this Sunday on VH1 and her new album scheduled to release in the fall.
