Music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs became the target of a confused Alzheimer's Disease sufferer during a recent stay in a Beverly Hills hotel. The unnamed elderly man approached Diddy as if he was an old friend, and then lashed out at the rapper-turned-style guru.

Diddy's entourage quickly surrounded the man, but the rap star guessed he was mentally unstable and insisted he be left alone.

Instead, Diddy shook the man's hand, pretended he was an old pal and discovered his would-be assailant was 80 years old.

An eyewitness tells the National Enquirer, "Diddy couldn't have been nicer. He was a perfect gentleman."
