American Idol reject Kristy Lee Cook has landed a record deal with the company which previously dropped her. The pretty 24 year old has signed to Arista Nashville and will release her first single, 15 Minutes of Shame, in August.

Cook became an Arista artist as a teenager - years before becoming a contestant on American Idol - but was dropped before she recorded a single.
