Rolling Stones star Ronnie Wood checked himself into rehab - after taking part in a wine-tasting session.

The rocker, 61, has battled alcoholism in the past and feared he would miss his daughter Leah's wedding if he did not seek treatment after drinking the wine. Wood checked himself into London's Priory Clinic just to ensure his addiction was under control.

A spokesman for the star says, "The fact he checked himself in because it was Leah's wedding shows, I think, that he is very capable of controlling it." Wood's daughter Leah wed boyfriend Jack MacDonald on June 21st.
