Mario Lopez cheated on ex-girlfriend Karina Smirnoff with a Texan bartender, according to a new tabloid expose.

The actor split with Smirnoff earlier this month after an 18-month-long romance, which began when they were paired up as dance partners on TV competition Dancing with the Stars. However, San Antonio waitress Meaghan Cooper claims Lopez romanced her for 11 months behind Smirnoff's back.

The 22-year-old tells Star magazine, "He has a lot of great qualities, but he's not the most faithful person in the world. He told me he lived alone, but I opened up his closet and saw a row of women's shoes and said, 'Either you're a cross-dresser or a woman is living here.'"

"Mario said Karina just left her stuff there and was moving out. He kept telling me he and Karina were broken up."
