Justin Timberlake's best friend and business partner Trace Ayala is set to wed actress Joanna Garcia.

Ayala, 27, who grew up with Timberlake in Memphis, Tennessee, is the SexyBack singer's partner in their William Rast fashion range and New York City's Southern Hospitality restaurant.

Garcia, 28, played country singer-turned-actress Reba McEntire's daughter on sitcom Reba and will appear in the new TV series How to Survive the Filthy Rich.

The couple has been dating for two years, reports People.com. Ayala was previously engaged to 24 star Elisha Cuthbert.
