Nancy SinatraFrank Sinatra's daughter Nancy Sinatra is continuing her late father's fight for musicians' rights - the singer is to urge the U.S. government to change the current law on radio royalties.

Ten years before his death in 1998, Frank Sinatra pushed for the introduction of legislation to give performance royalties to artists whose songs air on radio.

And nearly two decades on, his daughter Nancy is continuing his efforts.

On Wednesday, Nancy is to join stars including rocker Dave Navarro and hip-hop group the Sugarhill Gang, to speak at a congressional hearing in Washington D.C. on behalf of the MusicFirst coalition.

The hearing will discuss supporting new legislation which will give new rights to performers.
