The Black Eyed Peas will perform a private concert in China on Tuesday to support the relief efforts for the victims of the recent earthquake.

The band was scheduled to perform in the country as a promotional event for beverage companies Chivas Brothers and Pernod Ricard China. But they agreed to perform a benefit concert in the aftermath of the earthquake that has killed more than 69,000 people on May 12th.

The band will play for 700 people at the Shanghai Concert Hall, Shanghai.
