The Los Angeles rock band accusing Miley Cyrus of stealing their song has proved there's no hard feelings between them and the Disney star - they've invited her to join them onstage.
Lustra recently claimed Cyrus' "Rockstar" is a carbon copy of their 2004 hit "Scotty Doesn't Know" and were considering their legal options.
Now they want to let their fans decide if the similarities between the two records are too close for comfort - and they've invited Cyrus to state her case when they play a showcase at Los Angeles' trendy Viper Room on Thursday night.
A spokesman for the group says, "Lustra would play their song 'Scotty Doesn't Know,' followed by Ms. Cyrus' 'Rockstar,' and then let their fans decide."
Other than that, the band has another idea to end the feud: "Another way to rectify this is to have Lustra appear on Hannah Montana as themselves... Lustra could appear on the show as Hannah's musical influence."
Lustra guitarist Nick Cloutman says, "We could share even more of our songs with Ms. Cyrus, just as long as we get credit for it, which is what we have wanted all along."
