The bosses of Washington D.C.'s revered Smithsonian Museum have given 20th Century Fox movie bosses permission to use their hallowed halls for the sequel to Ben Stiller hit Night At The Museum.
Smithsonian officials spent six months negotiating with film bosses and reading through the script before giving the OK.
The studio heads also had to pay upwards of $500,000 to 'rent out' the Smithsonian's National Air & Space Museum for Night At The Museum: Escape from The Smithsonian.
Filming, featuring Stiller and Amy Adams, begins this week.
In the hit 2006 movie, Stiller played a hapless security guard working the nightshift at a magical museum, where the exhibits come to life.
