Entertainment moguls Steven Spielberg, David Geffen and Sumner Redstone have been named among the 10 richest people in Los Angeles. Dreamworks partners Geffen and Spielberg make the Los Angeles Business Journal top 50 list at four and nine respectively, while Viacom boss Redstone's estimated $7 billion net worth and the $8.4 billion he made in 2007 put him in second place behind investment tycoon Kirk Kerkorian.

Geffen and Spielberg's Dreamworks co-founder, Jeffrey Katzenberg comes in at 36 on the new list, producer Stephen Bing at 38 and former Disney boss Michael Eisner and current studio chief Roy Disney hold up the countdown at 49 and 50 respectively.
