Tom Sizemore made his television return following his 2007 prison spell on CSI: Miami on Monday night. The Zyzzyx Rd. star was released early from a 16-month prison sentence in December.

He was incarcerated for eight months after violating his probation in relation to a 2004 methamphetamine conviction. And CSI: Miami regular David Caruso, who fought to land Sizemore a role on his drama, says, "He brings so much to a situation like this and he reaches deeper and deeper... We're glad to have him back."

Sizemore adds, "It was David in the end that made this work, especially in light of where I'd been."
