Alicia Keys helped raise a small fortune for the Keep a Child Alive charity during her concert in Los Angeles on Monday night - by asking fans to text the organization.
Concertgoers like Britney Spears and Nick Lachey were urged to take out their cellphones and text the word 'Alive' to the number 90999.
Key told fans the correspondence would result in a donation of $5 per text to help fight HIV/AIDS in Africa.
