Grand Theft Auto IVNew York punk rockers Leeway have accused the makers of video game sensation Grand Theft Auto IV of failing to pay out for the use of their songs on the soundtrack.

Leeway join Kanye West, The Who, Bob Marley and Busta Rhymes, among the artists whose music appears on the video game, which is expected to make $400 million in worldwide sales.

Lead singer Ed Sutton claims the band signed a "very simple" licensing agreement last year and were due to receive $2,500 within 60 days - but it never arrived.

He tells the New York Post, "We still haven't gotten paid and they're still making excuses. Over 200 artists recorded songs for them and they think they can dismiss us."
