Tom Cruise still can't believe how cruel the media was shortly after his baby daughter Suri was born, insisting remarks about her looks and the possibility she was in some way disabled were "off the charts."

The star admits he was hurt when the press started picking on his family.

In an exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey at his Telluride, Colorado estate, which aired on TV on Friday, Cruise said, "When someone compares your daughter to Rosemary's Baby...It's one thing to say things about me but when it's about my children or my family, that is off the charts."
