Girls Aloud British pop group Girls Aloud have been paid $250,000 to sing at an elderly billionaire's birthday party, according to reports. The Jump stars received $50,000 each to play a 45-minute gig at British property tycoon Eddie Healy's 70th birthday bash on Saturday.

Healy hired the stars to sing at the event in the prestigious Dorchester Ballroom in London's Park Lane as a surprise for his grandchildren, reports British newspaper London Lite.
