Hollywood actor George Clooney has hit back at Rupert Everett for criticizing the Ocean's Eleven franchise - by ridiculing the Brit's own film roles. Everett claimed the fellow actor was "not the brightest spark in the boulevard" and branded the Ocean's Eleven franchise "a cancer to world culture".

However, Clooney has retaliated by telling journalists, "Where did that come from? You kind of go, 'Dude, weren't you in Dunston Checks In'?"
