How I Met Your Mother (CBS, 8:30 p.m.) - The 80s make a return in tonight's Robin Sparkles comeback episode, which features James van der Beek, Tiffany and Alan Thicke in a music video for Robin's break-up ballad, "Sandcastles in the Sand."

One Tree Hill (The CW, 9 p.m.) - Nathan and Haley takes steps back toward their respective passions.
