Gary BuseyActor Gary Busey will be kicked out of his California home of more than 14 years if he doesn't pay up more than $50,000 in outstanding rent, his landlord has claimed. The Lethal Weapon star's Malibu landlord claims he has withheld rent for almost a year.

However, Busey's attorney Vicki Roberts insists the actor has no trouble keeping up with the $6,000 -a-month rent, choosing instead to withhold the funds until blocked air vents - which are damaging his health - are cleared.

She tells The National Enquirer, "It's true he owed over $50,000 in back rent - but he stopped paying because of a health issue. The landlord wouldn't clean out the vents."

This isn't the first time Busey has fallen behind on home payments. The actor was taken to court in 2004 after falling behind $52,000 in rent, claiming his household was riddled with mold.
