Jason TaylorIn week 4 of Dancing with the Stars, Jason Taylor and Edyta Sliwinska had a much better go at waltz than the jive. In our exclusive post-show chat, Jason discusses the NFL issue with the competition, his sex symbol status and how his 285 pound teammate can cut a rug.

It seemed like you had a better time with the waltz than the jive, how come?
I have a great time working with Edyta for any dance however, my body type is probably best suited for the waltz-maybe that makes me look like I'm having a better time.

I think one can safely say that you and Edyta have chemistry, was this built over time or did you two get along immediately?
We definitely hit it off from the jump but working together everyday and having a common goal has only enhanced our relationship.

What is the equivalent of a 29/30 on the football field?
Sacking the quarterback, forcing him to fumble, picking it up and running it in for the game winning touchdown on the same play.

You mention Vonnie Holliday in your blog, how does he rate on the dance floor?
The big man is light on his feet-he's my height but is 285 lbs! If I was judging the last time I saw him cutting a rug I'd definitely give him a nine!

By doing this program, have you found your post-NFL career?
I'm finding out what I won't do-I'm leaving the dancing to the real pros!! Just because Edyta teaches me to look decent for 2 minutes per show doesn't mean I can make a career out of dancing!!

Do you wish the NFL did more to promote your appearance on the show?
I've heard that's become a bit of an issue going back and forth between the football media and the NFL league office. I'd love to think they'd do whatever it took to help me try to win but that's up to them. I know whatever the NFL needs I've supported them because without this league I'd be nowhere!!

After dancing the waltz with Edyta, are you now ready for your soon-to-be status as a bona fide American sex symbol?
To be called a sex symbol by others and to think of yourself as a sex symbol are two dramatically different things-I'm just a football guy trying to dance!!!
