Colin Farrell has been left deeply disturbed after a visit to Bosnia to research a new film role. The Irish actor spent the weekend in Srebrenica where thousands of Muslims were slaughtered during the bloody 1992-1995 Bosnian War.
Farrell, who plays a photojournalist covering the conflict in new film "Triage," admits he felt "sick" after visiting the town's cemetery.
He tells Reuters, "It is hard to describe how obviously the air and the land has been poisoned by the act of killing 8,000 people in the space of a day. But you really do get the sense of the pain and the loss and I am sad, I really am sad."
