Grey's Anatomy star Chris O'Donnell has landed a role alongside Mark Wahlbeg in action movie Max Payne. Despite having not headlined a major Hollywood film since 2000's Vertical Limit, the actor is set to star in the big-screen adaptation of the popular shoot-'em-up game.

The movie - set for release later this year - follows the story of a New York cop, played by Wahlberg, who is haunted by the death of his family.
