D4LD4L rapper Fabo has been exonerated of gun and drug charges relating to his 2006 arrest. The hip-hop star - real name Lafabian Williams - and his pal Curtis Alfonso Watkins were pulled over by South Carolina cops in February 2006, and a subsequent search of their car turned up various illegal substances and weapons.

Fabo, a convicted felon, was charged with possession of marijuana and ecstasy, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and carrying a concealed weapon.

However, on Tuesday, the district attorney's office decided not to pursue the charges against Fabo, after his co-defendant Watkins accepted full responsibility for the guns and drugs.

Watkins pleaded guilty to the counts and was sentenced to 15 years' probation. He was also fined $3,700.
