Bam Margera Predicted Steve-O Would Die In A Month
He tells Usmagazine.com, "I was like, 'I give him a month, and he'll be dead, guaranteed.'" The troubled 33-year-old was charged with possession of cocaine earlier this month and just days after the incident, Steve-O checked himself into Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he received treatment following a reported suicide attempt.
Margera insists it was fellow Jackass co-star Johnny Knoxville who forced Steve-O to face his demons and seek help. Although he was convinced Steve-O was heading for an early grave, Margera hopes his friend's spell in rehab, which began on March 16th, will save him.
Margera adds, "He's actually in high spirits from what I hear. He's happy in there and is making jokes about himself like, 'I officially made it to the loony bin!' He's a character. He's doing really good, which everybody is real glad about. He was really bonkers."
