Former James Bond star Sean Connery is considering returning to the 007 franchise as a villain. The 77-year-old was the first actor to play the legendary super-spy and starred in seven of the hit films, with his last outing in 1983's Never Say Never Again.
Although Connery will not be reprising his most famous role, he is considering a part in a new Bond movie - but only if he is cast as a bad guy. He says, "I wouldn't mind coming back as a Bond villain. But I don't think they would pay me enough. They don't pay the money for other parts, only for the Bond character, although that wasn't the case when I was doing it."
