Environmentally-aware actor Woody Harrelson is developing a new non-toxic sewage treatment with scientists in Kentucky. The star insists the new invention will "revolutionize" sewage systems across the world.

He tells Men's Journal magazine, "Usually our government treats our toxic sewage waste with a bunch of even more toxic chemicals, and then declares it safe for drinking. The method we're developing does it naturally with no chemicals, and it's 85 to 90 percent clean when it comes out."
