Matthew McConaughey has a microphone wired up to the roof of his truck so he can record his spoken thoughts during long road trips. The actor admits his best ideas come to him when he's traveling between his homes in Texas and California and he insists on getting them on tape then.

Speaking from the driver's seat of his beloved truck during a recent Men's Health magazine shoot and interview, McConaughey says, "Some of the best conversations I've ever had were while I was sitting in this seat."
