I'll be the first to admit that "The Hills" is a huge guilty pleasure for me. I've been a fan since season one of "Laguna Beach," and I was stoked to hear that Lauren "L.C." Conrad was getting her own spin-off series.

The first two seasons of the show were great, but right before season three started the drama began. Heidi Montag, former BFF of Lauren, decided to act all high school and trash Lauren, with the help of her boyfriend Spencer Pratt, every chance she got. Then there were the sex tapes rumors, which many believe Spencer started with the help of Heidi.

It makes me wonder, what's the big deal about Heidi? She doesn't even do anything; she dropped out of college after one day because she didn't feel like going. Remember in season one she had the interview with the school and she wanted to get right into the party scene without even working her way up, like Lauren is doing right now.

Heidi does seem to hold a job, but it doesn't seem like she is actually working. I also have no idea how she got that promotion when she doesn't really work. She calls herself "humble" and a "small town girl," but she's neither of these things. She's had work done on her nose and chest and seems she's looking to get more.

She and her boyfriend, known as Speidi, are often photographed out and about. The photos are staged, and one photographer came out and said the couple pays them to take their photos and share the profits with him. This makes some wonder if their relationship is even real or just some publicity ploy to get even more undeserving attention.

Now Heidi is venturing out on a music career and released the now infamous music video that has made her a laughing stock all over the United States. Even the Soup got in on the action and decided to make a video that pokes fun at Montag's video for "Higher." When the video was released and everyone posted about how they hated it, Heidi said in an interview she "cried herself to sleep" because of that. There were even "candid" photos of her and Spencer outside crying in the middle of the day; these photos were clearly staged.

So what's the big deal about Heidi? Why are blogs constantly putting her on there when she's famous for doing nothing? I know the same can be said about Lauren, but remember one thing. Lauren was on "Laguna Beach," and now she is the star of "The Hills." No matter what Speidi says, this is HER show and she is doing something with her life. She's going to school, interning and working on her clothing line. What's Heidi doing?
