Sylvester Stallone's ex-wife Brigitte Nielsen has become the latest celebrity to offer troubled Britney Spears a safe haven away from Hollywood.

The actress is battling an alcohol problem that sent her to rehab last year and insists she knows all about the pressures of fame.

Nielsen admits Spears reminds her a lot of herself when she was younger - because she was a young, famous mom too.

She says, "When I was her age, I was a mother too. I was crazy. I had a lot of money. I had the paparazzi."

And her best advice to Spears, who was released from a Los Angeles psychiatric hospital last week after a six-day stay, is to find a place to hide.

Nielsen adds, "If you want, I live in Palm Desert (California). No one knows where I live. You can get my number. Come hang out with us."
