Paris Hilton sparked rumors she has reunited with old flame, and former porn star, Simon Rex after they were seen sharing a passionate embrace in the back of a car.

The pair, who dated briefly several years ago, were spotted leaving the Villa Lounge in West Hollywood together on Wednesday night and after sliding into the back of Hilton's vehicle the couple were videotaped kissing on the backseat.

Rex's brief career in adult movies eventually led to a Hollywood film career - he starred in Scary Movie 4 before meeting HIlton on the set of 2006's National Lampoon's Pledge This!.
