Four actor's union members are seeking a restraining order against actor Randy Quaid's wife, accusing her of verbal and physical assault.
Evi Quaid stormed into the offices of the Actor's Equity Association on Friday and started to kick the 76-year-old receptionist in his shins, drawing blood, according to legal papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
She also allegedly screamed at a union member about "a Nazi plot to get Randy Quaid" while repeatedly shouting, "F--- you."
The legal documents also reference an earlier incident on January 23 when Randy and Evi Quaid reportedly caused a scene at the Actor's Equity Association offices. One union member claims, "I asked for assistance as I felt threatened and I feared both Mr. and Ms. Quaid could physically attack me."
Evi Quaid filed her own lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, claiming she was "physically restrained from behind by a security guard" who "placed handcuffs on one of my wrists" when she visited the union's office and that an employee broke her finger by ripping a camera out of her hand.
Evi claims the dispute arose from sexual harassment allegations made against her by an advertising agency that marketed a Seattle, Washington play, "Lone Star Love," starring her husband, reports TMZ.com.
