Former Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio faces three years in jail after allegedly violating the terms of a felony drug charge plea agreement. The rocker was held at the Washington County Jail in Fort Edward, New York for two days last week after missing a drug counseling session.

The guitarist could now be sentenced to serve jail time if he's found to have violated an agreement made in April 2007, when he plead guilty to attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, after police found heroin, Xanax and Vicodin in his car during a routine traffic stop.

At the time, Anastasio was ordered to make weekly court appearances for a year and to perform community service. A judge threatened the rocker with a three-year jail sentence if he failed to follow the terms of the plea agreement.
