Actor Pierce Brosnan is obsessed with potatoes and eats them as often as he can. The former James Bond star can't live without the carbohydrate-rich vegetable, and regularly varies his culinary habits in order to accommodate as many potatoes as possible in his diet.

He says, "I love potatoes - baked, mashed, roasted and boiled, or fried with cold, sliced tomatoes.

"I could eat them every night of the week. I can't live without a good potato."
