Talk show host Conan O'Brien has spent $10.5 million on a luxury Los Angeles house. The "Late Late Show" host will move to L.A. from New York next year to take over from retiring "Tonight Show" host Jay Leno - and he's already laying down roots in California.

The six bedroom Brentwood house boasts a screening room, library, wine cellar, outdoor kitchen, pool and spa.The 44-year-old will be relocating with his wife Liza, daughter Neve and son Beckett.
