Punk rocker Travis Barker is suing the bosses of an. energy drink for using his name and image without his permission. The former Blink-182 drummer insists he gave marketing chiefs at RockStar "no authorization" to use a photo of himself in a 2007 Internet campaign.

RockStar bosses have now pulled the advertisement, but Barker still wants unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, according to TMZ.com.
