Queen Latifah will forever be indebted to superstar couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes for introducing her to the world's best pizza. Cruise would always deliver boxes of Giordano's 'world famous stuffed pizza' hot from the Chicago, Illinois restaurant whenever he visited his wife on the set of Mad Money in Louisiana - because it is Katie's favorite treat.

Latifah still has no idea how Cruise managed to get the freshly-baked pizzas to the set, but is glad he took the trouble.

She tells WENN, "I'm especially endeared to the pizza. I got about six boxes of it. It was great. It was a good day at work when Tom brought pizza."

The heavyweight actress/singer admits pizza has always been a big part of her diet - and it's something she'll have to cut back on now she is a spokeswoman for diet firm Jenny Craig.

She adds, "Everybody likes the cupcakes but I'm not the cupcake girl. I'm more the pizza kind of chick."
