After Leaked Script Drama, Quentin Tarantino Confirms He Will Make 'Hateful Eight'

What's Airing, Re-Airing & Entertaining On TV This Week: (Jan. 14 - Jan. 20)

January 14th, 2008 8:35am EST
Prison BreakMonday, Jan. 14

Saved By the Bell (The N, 6 p.m.) - As The N's commercials say, "Embrace the cheese" and sigh dreamily over Zack Morris with a "Saved By the Bell" marathon.

Prison Break (FOX, 8 p.m.) - The boys are back, but still in that Panama prison while Michael's in solitary confinement.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (FOX, 9 p.m.) - The series moves to its regular timeslot.

Medium (NBC, 10 p.m.) - Ariel dreams of her mother's high school days. "Medium" shines in episodes about the children's psychic abilities like this one.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

One Tree Hill (The CW, 9 p.m.) - Not only is Kevin Federline the better parent, but he's also got a steady acting gig starting with this episode.

Nip/Tuck ( FX, 10 p.m.) - Fresh off Friday Night Lights, Jessalyn Gilsig returns as Christian's ex and the new receptionist.

American Idol (FOX, 8 p.m.) - Gear up for some of the worst auditions on primetime.

Wednesday, Jan. 16

Cashmere Mafia (ABC, 10 p.m.) - Desperate, strike addled times call for desperate watching, so desperate "Cashmere Mafia" will have to do. Or...

Law & Order (NBC, 10 p.m.) - There's always tried and true.

Thursday, Jan. 17

"Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares" (BBC America, 8 p.m.) - As in most cases, the original is ten times better.

Ugly Betty (ABC, 8 p.m.) - Betty's perfume has some strange effects on her and Henry in this new episode. Ah, geek love.

Without A Trace (CBS, 10 p.m.) - This series, which is new this week, is like the quiet, unsung little sister of procedural dramas.

"Make Me A Supermodel" (Bravo, 10 p.m.) - Find out who will be the first contestant to go home and give a teary, this-won't-be-the-last-of-me speech.

Friday, Jan. 18

Moonlight (CBS, 9 p.m.) - Mick finally learns the secret to how his vampire wife, Coraline, became human again.

Friday Night Lights (NBC, 9 p.m.) - Gilmore Girls' Matt Czuchry begins his guest stint as the host of a Christian radio program where he finds himself becoming friends (and more?) with Lyla.

What Not To Wear (TLC, 9 p.m.) - Life's greatest lessons can all be learned from Stacy and Clinton.

Saturday, Jan. 19

Day of rest. Take a breather. Go outside.

Sunday, Jan. 20

Bring-It-On-A-Thon (ABC Family, 2 p.m.) - ABC Family airs all four "Bring It On" movies back to back, including the one with Heroes star Hayden Panettiere.

School of Rock (TBS, 8 p.m.) - Mike White, who executive produced FOX's short-lived "Pasadena" and was recently drowned in a vat of taffy on Pushing Daisies, wrote this surprisingly sweet and funny 2003 film starring Jack Black.

"Breaking Bad" (AMC, 10 p.m.) - Take one part Mad Men and two parts Weeds and you've got "Breaking Bad," AMC's newest original series about a terminally ill chemistry teacher (Malcolm in the Middle's Bryan Cranston) who runs a drug lab.
