Chicago rapper Yung Berg has been charged in Florida for smoking cannabis. The arrest took place on the set of the video for singer Ray J.'s new single Sexy Can I, which features Yung Berg's vocals.

According to AllHipHop.com, the 21-year-old rapper - real name Christian Ward - is currently being held at the Miami-Dade Jail.

Originally signed to DMX's Bloodline Records at age 15, Yung Berg is best known for his 2007 single Sexy Lady, which peaked at the number 18 position on Billboard's Hot 100 charts.
