Director Wayne Isham has lavished praised on Britney Spears, after directing the video for her new single Piece of Me.

The singer worked with Isham last week on her new video, in which the star and several look-a-likes are seen being hounded by paparazzi.

Spears previously worked alongside Isham after choosing him to mastermind the shoot for 2002's I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman, and the director insists Spears was just as impressive a star as she was five years ago.

He says, "On set, she was very professional, excited to work and beautiful as always. I was impressed with her focus as she choreographed the dance herself. Her endurance was remarkable, as we had a long day.

"She almost outlasted me, which is amazing. It was a pleasure to work with her again."
