Kevin FederlineKevin Federline's lawyer is seeking to ban Britney Spears from requesting adjustments to her custody arrangement after she failed to show up for her deposition on Wednesday morning.

The pop star was expected to give her deposition in her ongoing custody trial at the Los Angeles offices of her ex-husband's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan. But she failed to show up and blamed her non-attendance on a "general (medical) condition". However, she was pictured hours later out and about in L.A. - and Kaplan is not happy.

According to TMZ.com, this is the fourth time Spears has skipped the court-ordered meeting and Kaplan is reportedly set to appeal to Los Angeles Court Commissioner Scott Gordon to prevent the singer from asking to restore custody of the couple's young sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

A new date for Spears' deposition has been chosen, but not made public.
