Spaniard Penelope Cruz has been crowned Hollywood's new style queen in a new magazine poll. The Blow star beat Kate Hudson and Jennifer Garner in the new In Touch Weekly list to find the most consistent best dresser on Tinseltown's red carpets.

In picking Cruz, In Touch editors claim, "Penelope plays up romance... She steams up the red carpet in strapless gowns that play up her decolletage. A true girlie-girl, Penelope loves to play dress-up in romantic styles by classic designers like Chanel and Valentino, and look like the movie star she is."

Also making the new top 10 are Cameron Diaz, Ray star Kerry Washington and Katie Holmes.
