Jackass star Steve-O was reportedly banned from Spike TV's Video Game Awards on Saturday when he drunkenly exposed his private parts to female passers-by outside the Las Vegas event.

The TV prankster was already inebriated when he boarded a flight from Los Angeles to Las Vegas - and his rowdy behavior nearly forced airline officials to throw him off the plane.

Upon landing in Las Vegas, a wobbly Steve-O headed for the taping of the show at the Mandalay Bay hotel - but security stepped into action and ushered him away from the venue when he began to flash his genitalia at stunned onlookers.

A source tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, "(He) started pulling down his pants and flashing women while holding two cocktails in one hand. He was escorted from the property by security - making it impossible for him to present at the show."
