Funnyman Sacha Baron Cohen's manhood was enhanced for his new role as a flamboyant hairdresser in Sweeney Todd. The Borat star's "package" in the film is more than impressive - but it isn't real, according to costume designer Colleen Atwood.

She tells E! online, "We augmented with a little quilted thing. We tried different materials and different sizes and positions... I'd like it if a lot of people think it's real."
