Movie mogul Mel Gibson is unsure if he will ever make a return to acting - because he prefers working behind the camera than in front of it.

The 51-year-old has been keeping himself busy with plans to launch a film production company in Costa Rica - where he is currently living - and admits he no longer feels the passion to appear on the big screen.

He says, "I don't know (if I will return to acting). It has been six years now. I may never do it again. However, I might."
