Anna Chlumsky Returns In Saucy Role
My Girl child star Anna Chlumsky is making a spectacular return to acting, starring in an S&M-themed off-Broadway play. The actress appeared as a dying 10-year-old alongside Macaulay Culkin in the heartwarming 1991 film, but disappeared soon after. Now 27, Chlumsky is making an acting comeback in a raunchy NewYork stage show, called "Unconditional," after studying at a university and trying out a career as a restaurant reviewer.
She says, "There'll be some S&M. It's exciting."
Chlumsky will also star in a new TV show called "Eight Days A week" about personal assistants, and she admits she's thrilled to be acting again after her stint as a critic.
She adds, "I got a job at Zagat (guide book), thinking I'd review restaurants. Instead I fielded angry rants from chefs. I realized that all I've ever wanted to do is act."
Chlumsky isn't the only actress connected to Culkin to turn to S&M roles - the Home Alone star's ex-wife Rachel Miner plays a kinky, secretary in sex comedy show Californication.
